What you will do

• Coordinate regional technical topics and lead Customer Technical Issues Tracking meetings.
• Reproduce reported issues and support root cause analysis through initial analysis and data acquisition.
• Document open issues, manage customer meeting minutes, and drive issues to closure.
• Serve as the primary interface for customer requirements and change control databases.
• Coordinate prototype logistics including scheduling, preparation, shipping, and invoicing.
• Oversee customer vehicle development needs, including builds, retrofits, and reflashing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Solid understanding of mechanical or electronic systems with strong technical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and automotive/engineering test equipment.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in product development, software debugging, and vehicle communication tools.
• Experience with ADAS, Automotive Ethernet, or OEM product release processes (e.g., GM, Stellantis, Ford).
• Experience working effectively within an international team.
