Focus on designing scalable hiring frameworks, institutionalizing high performance standards, and strategic org design to support hypergrowth toward $200M ARR.

Location: On-site in New York City (4 days in office required)

hirify.global builds an AI-driven platform for healthcare operations to automate clinical workflows and improve hospital throughput using real-time location data (RTLS).

What you will do

  • Architect and operate the full talent lifecycle across GTM, R&D, Product, and Operations.
  • Design and enforce scalable hiring systems to consistently surface and close A-players.
  • Develop leveling, compensation, and promotion frameworks tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Implement a performance management system with clear expectations and consequences.
  • Lead org design and headcount planning aligned with revenue, margin, and speed.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to protect talent density and cultural cohesion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in and work on-site in New York City (4 days per week).
  • Proven experience scaling both GTM and deep engineering organizations.
  • Track record of managing growth through the "messy middle" (approximately 100 to 500+ employees).
  • Strong business operator mindset with a focus on quality, throughput, and leverage.
  • Ability to challenge executive leadership with evidence-based judgment.
