What you will do

• Support month-end close processes and ensure accurate journal entries.
• Prepare and file Norwegian VAT returns and support corporate tax filings.
• Act as the primary liaison for external Norwegian accounting partners.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Develop and maintain internal control frameworks to mitigate risk.
• Identify opportunities to streamline local financial processes and improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian is mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of Norwegian GAAP and IFRS
• Solid understanding of Norwegian VAT regulations and statutory reporting
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with modern ERP/financial software
• Proven experience in a Controller or Senior Accountant role
• Proficiency in English for group-level communication
