What you will do

• Oversee site contracting, investigator/site budget development, and financial management at regional and global levels, including template maintenance and standardization.
• Line manage contracts team, allocate resources, forecast workloads, and plan for future structures.
• Escalate and resolve issues with Legal, Finance, and leadership; support negotiation of agreements and budgets.
• Report and analyze metrics on productivity, cycle times, and cost performance.
• Ensure data integrity in contract management systems and adherence to policies.
• Represent as SME in internal, sponsor, and client meetings; participate in strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania or Serbia
• 4-year college degree or equivalent, ideally in scientific, healthcare, finance, or business discipline
• Experience in site contracts and investigator/site budgets in a CRO
• Experience leading/supporting global budget template development and financial acumen
• Experience with clinical trial contracts, budgets, oversight, and remote people management
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills; ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• 5+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating CTAs, budgets, and managing lifecycle at project/portfolio level
• Experience with site contracting/budget strategies, sponsors, grant-funded studies
• Familiarity with global contracting models and unit-level financial reporting
