What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations and communication for global wholesale accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Drive sales performance to achieve targets, aiming to increase re-order rates to 20%+ and sell-through to 85%+.
• Oversee and optimize the B2B digital platform, including the delivery of a new system in 2026.
• Mentor and coach the Wholesale Assistant to support their professional growth.
• Ensure all wholesale partners adhere to brand guidelines across digital and physical channels.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on seasonal strategies, trade shows, and end-of-season analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in wholesale, sales, or account management, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor team members.
• Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency with B2B platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brighton HQ 3 days per week.
