HR Administrative (Automotive): Supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle in Portugal with an accent on employee records, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and labor-law compliance. Focus on coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate databases, and resolving employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
Location: Carnaxide, Portugal; hybrid work with remote work limited to one week per month

What you will do
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
- Support recruitment by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication.
- Handle employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee lifecycle administration.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.
- Portuguese is mandatory.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
