What you will do

• Monitor and analyze forecasting performance and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Run the end-to-end forecasting process and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and present KPI reports to identify and uncover root causes for critical deviations.
• Provide actionable forecasting insights for the Sales and Operations Planning and Execution (S&OP) process.
• Lead initiatives to standardize and simplify forecasting processes, tools, and data flows across departments.
• Foster an innovative, open-minded, and collaborative environment for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in STEM, Statistics, or Business Administration/Supply Chain Management with a quantitative focus.
• Proven experience with statistical forecasting models in fast-paced CPG/FMCG environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in forecasting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to comply with the hybrid working model.

• Experience with MS Power BI and Tableau.
