Location: Remote or Hybrid from Mexico, Cyprus, Spain, or Serbia. Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery across all workstreams.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of risk initiatives by identifying opportunities and evaluating performance.
  • Own the end-to-end analytics cycle, from building reporting systems to conducting A/B tests and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive measurable improvements in risk indicators.
  • Pilot and implement new tools and initiatives to improve the efficiency of collections processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and at least 1 year in a leadership role managing analytical teams.
  • Proven track record in fintech, big tech, or fast-scaling, data-driven environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Solid experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests to support strategy decisions.
  • English: B2 level or higher required.

  • Experience in risks, banking, or financial services.
