What you will do
- Own events calendar end-to-end: concept, venue, promotion, execution, logistics, budget, and post-event reporting with demand gen focus.
- Design and produce event formats including roundtables, webinars, lunch & learns, flagship events, and conference presence.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment influencers, agency owners, and industry voices for co-marketing and authentic campaigns.
- Develop partnerships with recruitment tech tools and create influencer referral networks.
- Grow recruitment agency community through content, conversations, events, and collaboration with leadership and PMM.
- Run campaigns end-to-end: strategy, promotion, execution, reporting, and iteration tracking pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in B2B marketing, events, or partnerships, ideally in recruitment or recruitment tech
- Experience building communities or recurring event series with strong references.
- Deep personal network in UK recruitment and agency space
- Proven end-to-end event management including pipeline reporting.
- Experience with B2B influencer or partnership programs emphasizing relevance.
- Strong campaign instincts integrating events into demand gen.
- Excellent relationship builder, AI-native for tools in promotion and outreach.
- Comfortable in small, fast-moving team owning full programs.
