What you will do

• Monitor and resolve payments, fraud, and bonus abuse alerts, including 24/7 exposure limit monitoring.
• Perform payment reviews, process manual transactions, and manage the High Withdrawal Approval Process (HWAP).
• Conduct manual KYC checks, risk assessments, and approve player documentation.
• Investigate potential fraud rings, suspicious sportsbook activity, and bonus abuse.
• Manage chargeback cases and collaborate with third-party providers to prevent fraud.
• Identify process vulnerabilities and contribute to the development of fraud analysis models.

Requirements

• Ability to work in shifts: 1st (08h-16h), 2nd (16h-24h), and 3rd (24h-08h).
• Must be based in Skopje, North Macedonia.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of iGaming, sports betting, and player behavior (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
