What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners, development teams, QA engineers, and designers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutions.
• Create high-quality documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution descriptions.
• Decompose high-level business needs into actionable requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows for requirements analysis, documentation, and data interpretation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or Ukraine.
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools for requirements analysis and process optimization.
• Strong AI prompting skills, proficiency in BI tools, and SQL for data extraction.
• Expertise in Scrum, user story creation, decomposition, and backlog structuring.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and general business operations.
• English: C1 (Excellent verbal and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP and/or HRMS systems.
• Familiarity with advanced prototyping or UX tools.
• Experience integrating AI tools into product workflows.
