What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned products within the AI-powered oncology platform.
• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile delivery ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning, for distributed engineering squads.
• Monitor post-release performance via product analytics and clinical outcome data to iterate rapidly.
• Partner with Data/AI teams on model integration and Clinical Operations on regulatory nuances and site workflows.
• Communicate technical progress and strategic trade-offs to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
• Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including comfort with data pipelines and model outputs.
• Strong command of Agile delivery practices and a proven track record of shipping products end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for translating between clinical, technical, and business audiences.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures in a distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
• Familiarity with health data compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or mCODE.
• Technical background as an engineer, data analyst, or technical PM.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and pharma/CRO drug development workflows.
