What you will do

• Manage customer benefits, including actuals, forecasts, and accruals.
• Analyze and drive actions to improve customer profitability and control promotional budgets.
• Partner with DACH Commercial and EMEA Finance teams to optimize sales, profit, and working capital metrics.
• Handle AR management, customer aging follow-ups, and credit limit needs.
• Support audit requests and provide ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a finance function.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to manipulate complex raw data.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
• Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Must be based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, AS400, Salesforce, or VBA.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG environments.
• German language proficiency.
