What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end P2P management, ensuring seamless integration between procurement and accounting.
• Handle advanced financial accounting, owning accuracy of entries impacting P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings with complex accruals and deferrals for proper period cutoff (HGB).
• Collaborate with IT to automate P2P workflows and NetSuite integrations.
• Ensure AP compliance with internal policies and HGB standards.
• Provide technical mentorship on accounting principles and system logic.

Requirements

• At least 8 years in Accounts Payable or General Ledger accounting with relevant degree/certification
• Exceptional HGB knowledge, expert in accruals, deferrals, and account reconciliations
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and P2P tools
• Fluent English and good German skills essential
• Analytical skills for data integrity and process optimization
• Agile and resilient in fast-paced global environment
