What you will do

• Respond to enquiries from clients and agents to obtain and communicate necessary information.
• Rate new business and renewal risks according to defined parameters.
• Assess Motor Trade risks and negotiate rates and terms to secure profitable business.
• Maintain accurate quotation logs and folders.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, referring cases outside authority with clear rationale.
• Support team members and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Confidence in handling queries and communicating via telephone.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service while upholding company values.
• Positive outlook and the ability to handle challenges calmly.
• Valid right to work in the UK (specifically Graduate or Post-Study Work visa with 1+ year remaining).
