What you will do

• Process and log risk and premium bordereaux from coverholders and brokers.
• Perform validation checks to ensure data accuracy and alignment with binding authority agreements.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve data discrepancies through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain bordereaux trackers and produce monthly committee reporting packs.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and internal reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, focusing on the automation and standardization of data processing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance, preferably within delegated authority, operations, or data roles.
• Basic understanding of bordereaux and London Market processes.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data cleansing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
