TL;DR

Commercial Business Partner (SaaS): Acting as a trusted advisor to senior Sales and Finance leadership for the international business with an accent on pricing, deal structuring, and AI-enabled decision making. Focus on optimizing revenue quality, managing commercial risks, and implementing AI tools to enhance commercial insights.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — 2 days in office and 3 days remote work per week

What you will do

  • Review and advise on complex new, renewal, and expansion deals, including pricing, discounting, and commercial risk.
  • Partner with Sales to develop negotiation strategies that balance growth, margin, and long-term value.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance deal review, pricing analysis, customer insights, and forecasting quality.
  • Analyze revenue, margin, and cash flow impacts of deal structures and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor customer financial health and identify indicators of revenue leakage, margin erosion, or churn risk.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Commercial Finance, Deal Finance, or Sales Finance.
  • Background in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex, high-value deals and partnering with Sales.
  • Practical enthusiasm and ability to use AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
