What you will do

• Plan and execute technical installations of devices, infrastructure, and platforms in fashion retail environments.
• Integrate solutions into existing customer systems using APIs, interfaces, and data models.
• Translate customer requirements into technical implementation concepts and detailed installation plans.
• Coordinate installations both remotely and on-site with internal teams and external service providers.
• Develop and standardize installation processes and best practices for scalable implementation.
• Manage technical documentation and track implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Technical background in IT, software development, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience delivering technical projects, specifically in retail or system integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data processing.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to working in customer-facing contexts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python and HTML.
• Experience with project management.
• Familiarity with digital retail technologies and platform solutions.
