What you will do

• Manage SharePoint Online (SPO) architecture, administration, and Modern Experience configuration.
• Execute migrations from SharePoint on-premise Subscription Edition to SPO using ShareGate.
• Develop business solutions using Power Apps and convert Designer workflows to Power Automate.
• Design information architecture, including taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization.
• Perform content audits, cleanup, and ensure compliance with governance and retention policies.
• Customize Modern UI themes and layouts for improved usability and branding.

Requirements

• Expertise in SharePoint Online (SPO) and on-premise migration.
• Hands-on experience with the ShareGate migration tool.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience in site structure design and content classification.
• Location: This is an on-site position in the United States

Nice to have

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development skills.
• Microsoft Teams and Azure AD/Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge.
• Familiarity with CMS and Tricare (DoD) compliance guidelines and policies.
