What you will do

  • Lead embedded finance marketing strategy and deliver impactful omnichannel campaigns driving engagement and adoption.
  • Translate customer insights and commercial priorities into compliant communications across the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and coach a small team in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
  • Partner with Product, Partnerships, Analytics, Legal, and Creative to shape propositions and go-to-market plans.
  • Use data and experimentation to optimize campaigns, improving customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Strong capability in developing and delivering marketing approaches for customers in a regulated industry.
  • Ability to balance commercial goals with customer outcomes using sound judgement and structured problem solving.
  • Experience leading and developing teams with a collaborative, empowering leadership style.
  • Confidence working with data and analytics to interpret performance and drive decisions.
  • Expertise in managing complex stakeholder environments and delivering through cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in embedded finance, fintech, or partnerships-led propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and lifecycle marketing tooling.
  • Experience improving key customer behaviours such as activation, usage, or repayment.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign delivery across digital touchpoints.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
