What you will do

• Provide executive leadership across the CFO Domain and act as the 2IC to the CFO on strategic and operational matters.
• Hold end-to-end accountability for the General Ledger, finance systems, and financial data for statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, prudential requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Lead first-line risk activities within the Finance function, including FAR-related accountabilities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and finance data quality with a focus on resilience and automation.
• Drive finance transformation, operating model design, and system modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Substantial senior finance leadership experience within banking or complex regulated financial services.
• Demonstrated accountability for regulatory-critical finance functions and enterprise risk management.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards and prudential regulation.
• Experience leading finance systems and data management transformations in large organizations.
• Must hold valid work rights to be considered for this role.
