Focus on preparing investment committee materials, performing due diligence, and managing asset performance reporting.

Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia) - Must work in the office at least four days a week

What you will do

• Screen and underwrite investment opportunities across APAC using cash flow modeling and return sensitivities.
• Prepare materials for the Investment Committee and conduct due diligence on market conditions and property valuations.
• Support active asset management, including capex planning, sell-hold analysis, and lease approval memos.
• Coordinate quarterly valuations and update asset performance and fund reporting.
• Review and provide feedback on investment recommendations within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in property, finance, economics, business studies, or engineering/science.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or auditing.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and numerical ability.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office.
