What you will do

• Build annual capital forecasts by partnering with business units to test assumptions and align with group expectations.
• Provide independent review and recommendations on capital projects, business cases, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure adherence to capitalisation policies, manage fixed asset register end-to-end, and support process enhancements.
• Produce depreciation budgets, monthly reporting, and commentary for senior management on key drivers and variances.
• Establish KPI tracking and post-implementation review framework to optimise capital allocation.

Requirements

• Degree in financial discipline with CA/CPA qualification.
• 5+ years financial management experience in large corporate or matrix environment.
• Advanced modelling and analytical skills with deep understanding of fixed asset lifecycles and capitalisation policies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to translate complex financials into business outcomes.
• Strong time management to handle conflict and competing priorities.
