What you will do

• Develop and maintain the compliance management framework aligned with the firm's business and strategic objectives.
• Identify and analyze compliance obligations and monitor regulatory and industry developments.
• Implement and oversee the operational compliance and monitoring programs, including internal controls and registers.
• Serve as Secretary for the Risk and Fiduciary, Compliance, and PDS Due Diligence Committees.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management, the Board, and external regulators.
• Provide expert compliance advice and training to staff across all operational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance and risk management within the financial services industry, preferably in fund management.
• Practical experience in implementing and maintaining corporate compliance programs.
• Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment relevant to the industry.
• Strong project planning, management, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia
