What you will do

• Source acquisitions across a range of real estate sectors and markets, including investment properties and developments.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop dynamic financial models to underwrite investments, including testing assumptions and sensitivities.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, location assessments, and rent/sales comparables analysis.
• Prepare Investment Committee papers and provide strategic investment recommendations.
• Take full responsibility for the execution of investments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Proven proficiency in financial modelling and property valuation using Excel and software like Argus, Dyna, Cougar, or Yardi.
• Degree in property, engineering, science, finance, economics, or business studies.
• Demonstrable experience in transactions and project management.
• Superior quantitative analytical and numerical ability.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
