What you will do

• Partner with Line Producers and Production Managers to ensure accurate forecasting and maintenance of production budgets.
• Track and categorize invoices and production costs using the production chart of accounts.
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and cost reports.
• Identify and flag potential budgetary risks or opportunities.
• Manage cash flow pacing and set up vendors within purchasing systems.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of Purchase Orders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production accounting and/or finance.
• Proficiency in the Google ecosystem (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience with media budgeting software such as Move Magic, Media Web, or Showbiz.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Must be based in Dublin or London.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of production accounting or finance experience.
• Previous experience as a Line Producer.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field.
