What you will do

• Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely daily operations.
• Develop financial strategies and budgets that support the studio’s growth and creative goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights to team directors to guide decisions for games and players.
• Manage external legal entity processes with Ministries, Tax Offices, and Trade Registry Offices.
• Oversee Technopark system processes and lead the preparation of monthly R&D reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic financial management and leading a dedicated team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish for clear communication of complex financial information.
• Analytical mindset focused on problem-solving and improving financial health.
• Commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
• Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry.
• Familiarity with tax certification processes and working with advisory services.
