What you will do

• Build and manage long-term financial plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for games and departments.
• Provide senior managers with ongoing financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and recommendations.
• Implement data analysis processes and dashboards to measure and report company KPIs.
• Design and implement cross-company processes to streamline operations.
• Perform costing analysis and cost reduction processes.
• Prepare the monthly management reporting package.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a global company or in a controller position.
• B.Sc. in Accounting or Economics.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking skills.
• High level proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Ability to work from Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience using Claude or other AI tools.
