What you will do

• Oversee weekly timesheet workflows, tracking submissions and coordinating approvals with leads.
• Execute detail-oriented data entry for project financials and resource tracking.
• Generate established and customized financial reports based on business needs.
• Create and maintain consistent documentation following established style guidelines.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and finance departments to ensure seamless information flow.
• Support vendor set-up, payment processing, and invoice coding against project budgets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Production Accounting or Operations Finance within a creative or studio environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Projector or similar resource management/accounting software (e.g., Smart Accounting, PSL, Great Plains).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, US for hybrid work.
