What you will do

• Review and assess merchant applications to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
• Guide merchants and business development teams through the onboarding process.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation, including financial statements and identification.
• Address and resolve billing or collection inquiries from potential merchants.
• Maintain accurate merchant data entry and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on onboarding efforts.
• Provide inter-team support to departments requiring information on onboarded merchants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in billing and collections.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
