What you will do
- Review and assess merchant applications to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
- Guide merchants and business development teams through the onboarding process.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation, including financial statements and identification.
- Address and resolve billing or collection inquiries from potential merchants.
- Maintain accurate merchant data entry and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on onboarding efforts.
- Provide inter-team support to departments requiring information on onboarded merchants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in billing and collections.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be based in the National Capital Region, Philippines
