What you will do
- Resolve customer needs and research complex transactional issues across platforms.
- Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting, site navigation, and service utilization.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and tickets.
- Escalate critical system or service issues to supervisors with clear, actionable documentation.
- Maintain meticulous call logs and interaction reports according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma and completion of at least two semesters of technical or professional studies.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-intensity customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Exceptional speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Zendesk, or similar computer applications.
