Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania). Most team members are in the office 2 days a week.

Salary: €10,960 - €16,440 (gross) per month

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the business to accelerate growth and support data-driven decision-making.
• Redesign the finance function from first principles to make AI and automation the default operating layer.
• Own financial business planning and forecasting, incorporating AI-driven predictive analytics for revenue and costs.
• Manage capital structure, including debt/equity planning, fundraising, and maintaining relationships with financial partners.
• Oversee all key finance functions: accounting, FP&A, risk management, tax, treasury, and administration.
• Lead the finance team in implementing AI-augmented workflows for reporting and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid).
• Proven experience as a CFO for 5+ years, preferably in complex global holding structures.
• Experience leading finance departments in fast-growing companies (Series B onwards), ideally within FinTech or regulated businesses.
• Active AI enthusiast who uses AI tools in professional and personal life with a vision for AI-native finance.
• Educational background: Minimum BS and a CPA, CFA, or equivalent experience at growth-stage startups.
• Track record of running or participating in capital fundraising rounds.
