Senior Accountant

TL;DR

Senior Accountant: Manage supplier invoices, payments, AP/AR processes, account reconciliations, and financial reporting with an accent on accuracy, process improvement, and intercompany accounting. Location: Vilnius · Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

Salary: 3200-4000 EUR/month (gross, negotiable)

Growing company strengthening its finance team with an office in Vilnius overlooking Sapiegos Park.

What you will do

• Take ownership of supplier invoices, payments, and AP/AR processes.
• Lead account reconciliations (AP, AR, bank) and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee daily bookkeeping and organize work for the team when needed.
• Coordinate monthly closings and contribute to financial reporting and analysis.
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations across entities.
• Improve processes and act as go-to for accounting questions.

Requirements

• Solid accounting experience, ideally in smaller or growing companies.
• Experience with financial reporting and understanding business implications.
• Experience organizing work or supporting team members.
• Strong accounting principles and independent work ability.
• Hands-on experience with Business Central (BC).
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive mindset.
