What you will do

• Own and manage the full reconciliation flow for the acquiring product.
• Verify transactions, fees, chargebacks, and refunds by comparing reports from Visa/Mastercard, payment processors, and internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with processors, card schemes, and internal teams.
• Execute periodic merchant settlements and generate corresponding reconciliation reports.
• Maintain and improve reconciliation procedures, documentation, and internal tools.
• Support month-end reconciliation and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with reconciliation in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Ability to independently own reconciliation processes end-to-end.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple payment sources.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with acquiring or card payment reconciliations.
• Understanding of Visa/Mastercard settlement processes.
• Lithuanian language skills.
