💰 Hiring: Head of Treasury & Liquidity - Fintech Group

The company is a Singapore-based fintech group with regional hubs in Lithuania and Dubai, and operations in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. They deliver compliant cross-border payment solutions for institutions and retail users across Southeast Asia and globally.
Senior leadership opportunity to lead treasury and liquidity management in a dynamic crypto/fintech payments environment.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute global treasury and liquidity strategies
- Manage cash flow, funding, and capital allocation across regions
- Oversee liquidity across fiat currencies and digital assets
- Design and implement risk management frameworks (market, liquidity, counterparty)
- Optimize banking, custody, and liquidity provider relationships
- Partner with FX trading and payments teams for efficient capital usage
- Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Lead treasury systems, reporting, and forecasting improvements
🔑 Requirements:
- 10–15+ years in treasury, liquidity management, or financial markets
- Strong experience in fintech, banking, or digital assets preferred
- Deep understanding of liquidity risk, capital optimization, and funding strategies
- Experience managing global, multi-currency environments
- Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities
