What you will do

• Monitor and address alerts on customers and transactions
• Identify unusual activity, prepare investigation summaries, and resolve or escalate to MLRO
• Screen customers against PEP, sanctions, and adverse media lists
• Conduct periodic internal customer reviews
• Drive team growth by suggesting and implementing process improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience in transaction monitoring (EMI experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of AML, CFT, and fraud laws
• Excellent communication in English and Lithuanian
• Availability for hybrid work in Vilnius, Lithuania
• Positive, curious attitude towards challenging cases; client-oriented and collaborative
