TL;DR

Location: Lê Minh Châu, Tỉnh Sóc Trăng, Vietnam (Hybrid model combining in-person collaboration with flexibility)

What you will do

  • Perform pre-shipment inspections and conduct self-inspections including audit execution and remediation follow-up.
  • Support root cause investigations, analysis, and determination of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist in Quality System Assessments and monitor manufacturing processes as needed.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze quality data to maintain accurate records.
  • Study product features and manufacturing controls to support risk assessments and drive improvements.
  • Identify and report vendor quality issues and assist in driving Quality KPI improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • College or Higher Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and spoken communication).
  • Fundamental knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, and 5 Whys analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high level of integrity.
