What you will do

• Lead and drive cost-saving projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate Kaizen events using Lean Six Sigma tools like A3, 5S, SMED, and VSM.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching on Lean methodologies to staff.
• Drive digitalization initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and AI to eliminate waste.
• Manage performance reporting and visualization standards for shop-floor management.
• Collaborate with global teams on strategic projects and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement project implementation.
• Proven experience in automation, digitalization, or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience in planning and implementing training programs.

Nice to have

• Master degree.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Competency in designing and developing digital applications.
