What you will do

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects.
• Design 1:1 wiring harness drawings using internal component databases.
• Implement and coordinate engineering changes from customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and update production documentation to ensure data consistency.
• Support continuous process improvement based on production feedback.
• Participate in a 4-6 month structured onboarding and training program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in technical/engineering roles.
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical harnesses.
