What you will do

• Own S&OP processes across Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre S&OP, and Executive S&OP cycles, driving continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy and commercial alignment.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions balancing growth, service, cost, and inventory.
• Lead Executive S&OP meetings with data-driven narratives for decision-making.
• Integrate new products, range changes, and end-of-life into demand and supply plans.
• Act as key contact between Finance, Commercial, and Operations to translate plans into strategies.

Requirements

• Expertise in demand/supply planning and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret AI forecasts and create actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and facilitation for cross-functional leadership.
• Experience managing trade-offs and aligning business functions.
• Proficiency in scenario modelling and what-if analysis.
