What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end category management process for defined sub-categories, including the development of sourcing strategies and RFXs.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, contract management plans, and supplier performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and provide guidance on procurement decisions.
• Perform market research and spend analysis to identify emerging trends and optimization opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Integrate environmental and social considerations (ESG) into procurement decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of category management or sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Nice to have

• Experience with Packing and Consumables.
• Proficiency with Coupa.
