What you will do

• Generate monthly reports for MBU and Business Reviews.
• Maintain and update trackers for GWP and POS allocation and the PR/PO process.
• Update sell-out reports and manage retailer pricing and assortment templates (e.g., Dufry, Heinemann).
• Perform quarterly allowance and monthly incentive analysis.
• Track and report on weekly retailer and local market online activities.
• Coordinate the shipment of stock to retailers and regional representatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interest in beauty and consumer goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude.
• High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
