What you will do

• Drive continuous yield improvement and reduce scrap rates by 15% year-over-year.
• Create and update technical documentation including PCN, PFMEA, SOP, BOM, and drawings.
• Lead material cost reduction projects and mitigate quality risks to reduce customer complaints.
• Support new product development from P1 stage, focusing on process Cpk and yield.
• Identify and mitigate EHS risks in product material and process design.
• Conduct Tier 2 meetings, process audits, and daily Gemba walks.

Requirements

• Experience with metal surface processing (Al, Cu, Sn, Ag) and injection processes (LCP, PPS).
• Proficiency in SPC and standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949.
• Strong technical ability to solve problems involving material properties and process mechanisms.
• Aptitude for mechanical, electrical, and electronic problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of 6sigma tools (FMEA, DOE, MSA), with Green Belt (GB) preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
