What you will do

• Select and set up suppliers for drives and inverters for HV applications.
• Industrialize drives regarding inverter and HV range (400/800V).
• Develop internal requirement and release criteria and identify development risks related to cost, schedule, and technical aspects.
• Define and develop validations for HV components covering function, mechanics, electronics, insulation systems, and electrical connection technologies.
• Dimension and select electrical connection technologies for HV and LV interfaces.
• Support projects from the creation of E/E concepts to prototype construction and acquisition readiness.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable studies.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in BLDC motor development and electronics, ideally in an automotive environment.
• Proven experience with LV (12V) and HV (400/800V) ranges.
• High level of technical expertise in 12V on-board power supply systems.
• Knowledge of current industry standards and customer requirements (e.g., LV123, LV124, LV214).
