• Deliver and implement DDR/HBM IP.
• Perform logic design and simulation using Verilog and its simulation environment.

Requirements

• BS degree with 6-10+ years or MS degree with 3-7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, microelectronics, comparable engineering science, or solid state physics.
• Proficiency in logic design, simulation, and Verilog.
• Strong knowledge of IC design and a track record of completing 10+ design projects as an individual contributor.
• Experience with JEDEC-DDR/HBM, DFI, and AMBA protocols.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Shanghai.
