What you will do

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, evaluation, and reporting across internal projects.
• Manage information collection and organization to respond quickly to business needs.
• Conduct project outcome assessments and build reporting metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop and optimize technical and non-technical content for clarity, structure, and accuracy.
• Track content engagement metrics and iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing (preferably in Computer Science or Information Security).
• Introductory knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security concepts.
• Proven experience in content writing, editing, and information research.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Strong logical thinking, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
