What you will do

• Lead and deliver spectacular Warhammer events across China, including conventions and tournaments.
• Negotiate lasting agreements and foster partnerships with host venues and vendors to ensure on-budget and on-time success.
• Manage event budgets and strive to hit designated sales targets.
• Inspire and guide full and part-time event staff through all stages of planning and execution.
• Track event performance data to identify learning opportunities and make continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Must be based in China.
• Proven experience in event management and staff leadership.
• Ability to travel for 7+ events per year, with stays of approximately 5-6 days per event.
• Strong data skills for tracking and analyzing event performance.
