What you will do

• Review and approve expense supporting documents and vendbills booked by staff.
• Oversee payroll review and manage the uploading of CSV entries to Netsuite.
• Handle the recording of depreciation and the checking of AP monitoring for completeness.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation Reports.
• Ensure all month-end closing activity timelines are strictly met.
• Organize team workflow, set performance goals, and support fellow employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting tech, Finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience of approximately 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to compute taxes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Netsuite.
