TL;DR

HR Services Advisor (HR Operations): Managing end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration with an accent on data integrity and service delivery. Focus on coordinating payroll, managing statutory reporting, and optimizing the employee experience through the HR Helpdesk.

Location: Hybrid (Seoul, South Korea). Must be willing to work in an office.

What you will do

  • Manage Tier 1 HR Helpdesk inquiries via ServiceNow, handling onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
  • Perform HRIS data administration in Workday, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance of employee records.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, administer statutory benefits, and manage pension plans.
  • Prepare operational HR reports on headcount and turnover and support external audits.
  • Maintain and improve the HR Knowledge Base and self-service tools to empower employees.
  • Support internal employee engagement activities and company-wide meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Helpdesk.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processes.
  • Must be willing to work in an office and travel domestically and internationally.

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local Korean HR policies and regulations.
