Customer Success Manager (CDP): Managing relationships with top-tier global brands to drive platform adoption and expansion within the mParticle customer data platform with an accent on data-driven use cases and stakeholder management. Focus on developing tailored success plans, reducing customer acquisition costs, and translating business strategy into measurable platform outcomes.
Location: Hybrid (minimum 4 days per week in office). Offices located in New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo, and London.
Compensation: $160,000 – $175,000 (Target total compensation)

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.
- Develop tailored success plans to drive measurable outcomes, such as increasing retention and optimizing campaign performance.
- Provide expert guidance on the mParticle platform to maximize value through use case enablement and best practices.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Track customer health metrics and lead stakeholder business reviews (QBRs) to align on future goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with data, martech, CDPs, or developer-adjacent platforms.
- Proven experience supporting high-revenue, large-scale global customers and executive-level communication.
- Ability to translate complex business strategies into data-driven success plans and platform adoption.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to partner with internal technical and sales teams.
- AI-first mindset, utilizing AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.
